TGM Inc began in 1995 on East Edgerton Street in Bryan, Ohio. After a brief period, TGM moved into the current site at 401 North Union Street, Bryan. This move allowed for the growth and expansion of the CNC Vertical Milling and Lathe Machining area to include CNC EDM Wire and Ram Machining capabilities. TGM was purchased by Verhoff Machine & Welding, Inc. in Jan 2012 and will continue to operate as a subsidiary of VMW. The joining of TGM’s capabilities to the VMW repertoire is expected to enhance the opportunities for both organizations.
